It is with a heavy heart that I am annoucing the tragic death of Peter Brock, Australian motorsports legend and champion.
Peter died tragically in Perth Australia today (Friday) whilst racing in a rally. His car slammed into a tree killing Peter and injuring his co-driver, who is now said to be in a stable condition.
Peter, King of the Mountain, Peter Perfect, or however you knew him was an amazing person, he was a pioneer for road safety and for helping the underprivileged and for his support and devotion to motorsport
Peter is survived by his ex-wife and three children,
My thoughts, well wishes and condolences are with his family and friends during this hard time.
I know this site is dedicated to the BEAUTIFUL Nick Lachey but I feel that as an Australian I need to show my support for the loss of great Australians. Unfortunately there have been 3 deaths in the past week, first of all Steve Irwin Croc Hunter who was tragically killed whilst swimming in Qld Australia, secondly the death of author Colin Thiele after sufferring with ill-health and last of all Peter Brock.
Australia has lost a diverse range of men, all whom are important in their own way. We will miss you dearly and you will remain in many hearts.
